Building a Custom Home 

1. First you need to have a lot (or we can help find one)
2. Second is to provide or have draw with us a full set of home blueprints.  ** This is the only way to get accurate pricing for your home.  
3. Financing - we have relationships with some of the best banks in the area to help you find a construction loan.
4. Agreement - once we the lot and plans have been draw we will put together a construction agreement.  A minimum of 10% of the project cost is due at signing. (depending on size of the project)
5. Timing of construction process  - Custom homes typical build out time will take approx 8 - 12 months depending on the size of the home.

Remodeling Projects

1. Email us a detailed description of your upcoming project, including your budget.
2. We will contact you and set appointment for on site evaluation.
3. Blueprints - in many cases we custom draw for our remodeling projects.  Depending on scope and size - typical drawing costs are from $500 to $1500
